At BurritoBowl we advocate a culture of commitment to both our environment and community. Through our actions and best-practice methods, our team members and business partners demonstrate this Sustainability initiative to take larger strides while leaving a smaller environmental footprint.

PAPER COLD CUPS

Freshens paper cups meet the SFI® Certified Sourcing requirements.

The Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI) is the largest independent North American forest certification standard and is an internationally recognized environmental program that works to broaden the practices of sustainable forestry.

  • The paper used in the cups is a renewable and sustainable material
  • The cups are recyclable where facilities exist

ECO-ALTERNATIVE:

Freshens offers compostable straws, made with PLA, an eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic straws.

  • Produced from sustainable resources
  • BPI certified compostable (in commercial facility)
  • Meets ASTM D6400 for compostability

Got Dairy?

We are proud to say that Smith Dairies and Farr-Russell Dairies, two family owned farms in the USA, produce all of our dairy products. These farms also purchase milk from other smaller independent local USA farmers.
